Wyong Hospital - Key Health Worker Accommodation Architectual Design Development

CCLHD have received funding to provide Key Health Worker Accommodation a Wyong Hospital. This procurement is for architectural design development and documentation for this project.

Project goals

The intent of this project is to fully develop Architectural design and documentation development for the whole KHWA precinct. This includes the new KHWA buildings, shared communal amenities, Louisiana House and the existing green shed. The KHWA precinct shall incorporate communal infrastructure including BBQ area, children’s play area, outdoor exercise equipment and connecting walking tracks/paths to the hospital.
