Wyong Hospital Key Health Worker Accommodation Engineering Services Design Development and Documentation

CCLHD have received funding to provide Key Health Worker Accommodation (KHWA) on the Wyong Hospital Site. This opportunity is for the design development and documentation of Engineering Services.

Project goals

The intent of this project is to fully develop Engineered design and documentation development for the whole KHWA precinct. This includes the new KHWA buildings, shared communal amenities, Louisiana House and the existing green shed. The KHWA precinct shall incorporate communal infrastructure including BBQ area, children’s play area, outdoor exercise equipment and connecting walking tracks/paths to the hospital.
