Routine maintenance for manual arts equipment at sites throughout the southwest. 

Scope of Works

This section outlines the scope of Works required to deliver Routine Maintenance for manual arts equipment.

The types of Services covered by this Request may include, but is not limited to:

Routine Maintenance

• Verification and establishing of Baseline Data/ Asset Data;

• Routine servicing (survey, testing and preventative maintenance); and

• Defect identification.

Reporting

• Asset Data Report;

• Maintenance Schedule;

• Routine Maintenance service reports;

• Baseline Data reporting;

• Condition report; and

• Compliance statement.

Found Works (Defect Identification and Rectification – where authorised)

• Defect Identification Notice Reports; and

• Found Works rectification services.

In addition to delivering Routine Maintenance services, if the Contractor identifies Found Works, then the Customer may, in its complete discretion, request the Contractor to rectify those Found Works. This may occur in two ways, by authorising those Found Works to be rectified under the existing Routine Maintenance Customer Contract (typically for Found Works valued less than $500), or by requesting the Contractor to submit a quote on those Found Works, which if accepted, will establish a new Customer Contract under the Head Agreement for those works.
