DBCA requires the expertise of a demolition specialist to dismantle the buildings located at 86 Dampier Road, Denham WA 6537. Denham is situated approximately 832km north of Perth and it serves as the main settlement within the Shark Bay World Heritage Area.

The buildings consists of a glass shop front and a large shed adjoining the back of the shop. It has three distinct floor levels, stepping down as you go to the rear of the building. The building's overall measurements are 32m x 12.5m (400m2). The highest peak of the building is in the middle section measuring 7m above ground level. All services have been disconnected from the building.
