The former church is approximately 261m² and features a storeroom, amenities and a large, detached kitchen. The former church is to be leased in its current condition.

Expressions of Interest proposals should include the intended use of the site, the lease timeframe and rent for the site and are to be submitted using this EOI Form - Former St. Andrew's Church (DOCX 631.5KB).
