The Clinicians Health Channel (CHC) is digital web portal which provides Victorian public health service clinicians with access to clinical resources through the provision of an authentication system, supporting evidenced based point of care clinical decision making. These may include, but are not limited to: clinical decisions support systems, medication safety databases, drug interaction checkers, clinical calculators, journal and citation databases clinical practice standards.

The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements, evaluation criteria, and expectations to enable bidders to submit comprehensive and competitive proposals that align with the objectives of the CHC project.

This procurement activity is seeking to engage a qualified supplier to deliver the specified outcomes, including clinical resource access, authentication solutions, help desk support, and reporting capabilities.

The primary purpose of this contract is to engage a qualified supplier to deliver access to clinical resources through the CHC, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of Victorian healthcare professionals. The desired outcome is to provide equitable access to high-quality, evidence-based clinical resources that support safe and effective decision-making, ultimately improving patient safety and health outcomes across Victoria.

Eligibility Criteria: The CHC will be accessible by healthcare professionals funded by the Victorian state government
