The section of McGilp Road directly in front of the One Tree Hill Primary School is currently not a kerbed verge, with a small granular footpath and informal parking along its length. To improve both pedestrian and traffic flow, Council plans to formalise the site, including kerbing, drainage infrastructure, formalised parking and footpath.

The project deliverables include the detailed design of:

• New kerb and water table

• New 1.5m wide footpath

• New indented parking bays/ kiss and drop

• New stormwater infrastructure

• Upgraded school crossing

• New verge between the back of kerb and footpath
