The purpose of this RFP is to engage a suitably experienced Security Contractor for the provision of professional security services at Council Facilities.

The Hamilton City Council requires the services of one or more Professional Security Services Contractors for the protection of Council employees and assets for a period of 3 years, with 1 possible extension of 3 additional years, based on service delivery.

Council requires an experienced contractor to provide general security services which include the provision of static guards, patrols around specified facilities/ venues, alarm monitoring, after hours response to various categories of alerts and other ancillary/ complementary services in support of the Council’s key objectives of making Hamilton a safe and vibrant city.
