Overview:

Tasman School requires the creation of a universal bathroom with change table and improvements to site access to better meet the needs of their current students. This work will allow all of their students to participate in regular school activities.

Contract Works Include:

1. Bathroom alterations to create a Universal Bathroom and new staff toilet

2. Access improvements in the form of paths, ramps, decks, and handrails

3. Associated alterations

Additional Details:

- Works will commence as soon as possible after Building Consent approval, works required during term-time and holiday periods with practical completion required prior to the 1st of February 2026.

- Engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags to be accepted.

- Site visits are by appointment only and are to arranged
