The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive pest management program across all nominated Southern Cross University (SCU) campuses, covering scheduled, ad-hoc, and preventative treatments for the following pests:

1. Crawling insects: cockroaches (including German cockroach), ants, silverfish, millipedes, slaters, carpet beetles, psocids (book lice), fleas, ticks, mites, moths.

2. Rodents: rats and mice.

3. Termites: inspection, station maintenance, and treatments.

4. Spiders, wasps, hornets, bees: including nests and hives.

- Other pests: flies, mosquitoes, possums, birds, bats, snakes, and feral animals (ad-hoc treatments).

The initial Contract term is for (5) years, subject to satisfactory performance that will be determined by Southern Cross University, with an option to extend for a further (2) by (1) years, options exercisable at the sole discretion of the University.

The nature of the Contract is a schedule of rates per campus location and per asset location.

3. NMSC 2 Bay Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450

The successful Contractor must provide all labour, management, materials, equipment, PPE, signage, chemicals, overheads and profit associated with the delivery of the requirements specified under the Contract.

The fee structure consists of:

a) An annual lump sum per control measure, per campus location

b) A schedule of labour rates for ad-hoc services.
