This Request for Quote includes fire system upgrade works at two separate facilities within the City of Bunbury:

• South West Sports Centre (SWSC)

Located within the Hay Park precinct in South Bunbury, the South West Sports Centre is a two-storey facility comprising a swimming pool, activity rooms, café, and office areas. The building is currently equipped with a conventional fire detection system, which has reached the end of its serviceable life. These works are being requested to replace and upgrade the existing system.

Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre (BREC)

Situated on Blair Street in the Bunbury CBD, the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre was constructed in two stages several years apart. As a result, the original section of the building contains a conventional fire system, while the newer section is equipped with a fully addressable fire detection system.

Please note that both venues will remain operational throughout the duration of the works. The successful contractor will be required to coordinate with the relevant site staff to ensure that disruption to operations is minimised, and that safety and accessibility are maintained at all times.

The non mandatory site meeting will be held on Tuesday 9 September 2025 at 9.00am at South West Sports Centre Rotary Drive South Bunbury.

Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre (BREC)

A non mandatory site meeting will be held on Tuesday 9 September 2025 at 11:00am at BREC Blair Street Bunbury.
