To support the operation of the Defence and Veterans' Services Commission (DVSC), a stakeholder engagement platform with customer relationship management features is being sought, to enable the DVSC to securely collect, store and analyse information about, and from, stakeholders. The solution will be required to:

• Store and group contact information, file notes, attach documents, and track engagement with stakeholders;
• Collect, store and analyse submissions (via document upload and text entry) to support inquiries and other community engagement initiatives;
• Design and distribute surveys, and analyse survey data;
• Document transcription and qualitative data analysis;
• Receive imported data, including data sets (CSV, .xlsx) and documents (.docx, PDF), and store and analyse imported data;
• Link imported data to stakeholder contact records;
• Bulk mail to stakeholders;
• Produce visual data dashboards and reports from quantitative and qualitative data; and
• Store data securely within Australia.

As part of a contract extension option, the DVSC is also seeking a seller who can provide:

• Front-end consultation portal/hub feature, with the capability to integrate into the DVSC website.
