This request is for the provision of cleaning services at the Bandy Creek Boat Harbour (BCBH) premises:

• BCBH Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) Office
• BCBH Ablution block
• BCBH Lot 2 Toilets
• Summy’s Park Toilet Block

The services comprise both regular and periodic cleaning services.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Bandy Creek Road, Esperance on 18 September 2025 11:00 AM.

The site inspection will start from the Bandy Creek Boat Harbour Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure Office, commencing at 11:00am sharp. The premises will be available from 9:30am. Respondents will be expected to make their way to the other sites with their own transportation.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
