Health and Safety Management System

Kāpiti Coast District Council is looking to replace its current health and safety management system, Vault, with a modern, fit-for-purpose solution. We want to understand the capability of systems available in the market that can support effective incident reporting, risk management, contractor management, wellbeing initiatives, and governance reporting across a diverse workforce.

We are seeking information on system functionality, user experience, integration options, scalability, and the level of support available. This will help us to determine what solutions are best suited to our operating environment, which includes office, community facilities, infrastructure, and field-based services.
