Council wishes to engage a Lessee to operate the Mount Keira Summit Park Kiosk which includes a Storage Container and a non-exclusive licensed outdoor dining area located at Mount Keira Summit Park, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Mount Keira.

The term of the Lease is 3 years anticipated to commence from early to mid-November 2025. Mount Keira Summit Park is one of the Illawarra's most well-known and popular lookouts. It overlooks the Wollongong area with views to the south taking in Lake Illawarra and beyond to the north to the Royal National Park. It is approximately 3 kilometres to Wollongong CBD and 36 kilometres to the renowned Sea Cliff Bridge and the Grand Pacific Drive.
