EFA-RFQ-Data Sensitivity Labeling Microsoft Purview-04-09-2025

We are looking to implement Data Sensitivity Labeling across our organisation using Microsoft Purview, aligned with PSPF requirements. The only classified information we allow in our environment is OFFICIAL Sensitive, so our labelling model will consist of:

• UNOFFICIAL

• OFFICIAL

• OFFICIAL Sensitive

For OFFICIAL Sensitive, we also want to apply protection measures such as access controls and encryption.

We would like a short engagement for someone to:

• Review our current pilot configuration, and

• Help us resolve issues we are facing with the access control component of the policy configuration.

Modern Slavery

The Seller must take reasonable steps to:

a. identify;

b. assess; and

c. address risks of Modern Slavery practices in the operations and supply chains used in the provision of Products and Services.

If at any time the Seller becomes aware of Modern Slavery practices in the operations and supply chains used in the performance of this Panel Agreement or a Contract, the Seller must take all reasonably practicable action to address or remove these practices. This includes addressing any relevant practices of other entities in the Seller’s supply chains. “Modern Slavery” has the same meaning as it has in the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
