Joseph Street Precinct Upgrade

Cumberland City Council is seeking experienced and qualified companies to submit proposal for Joseph Street Precinct Upgrade. The purpose of the goods and services required under the contract is to undertake the construction of Joseph Street Precinct Upgrade. It includes the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, consumables, labour and supervision to complete the work.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
