Request for proposal for Integrated Mental Health Service Hubs

CESPHN recognises that people seeking mental health support often face challenges navigating services. To address this, CESPHN, after an extensive co-design process, is establishing Integrated Mental Health Hubs that offer holistic care across social, physical, and emotional domains. Flexible mental health and psychosocial funding has been re-purposed to support this transition.

This Request for Proposal invites applications to establish two Hubs in the inner south and Sutherland areas of the CESPHN region. Applicants may propose a single hub or a combined model with shared governance. Successful applicants will secure and fit out suitable premises and deliver services aligned with the Integrated Mental Health Hub Service Model Guidance.

Objectives include improving access, wellbeing, and community connection, enhancing service experiences, and enabling scalable, multidisciplinary care.

Total funding of $8,625,154 (excl. GST) is available.

An online information session will be held at 12pm on Tuesday 9 September 2025.
