Tender Description

The National Gallery is interested in software systems that supports both POS, front office and back office operations in inventory management, purchase ordering, reporting and analytics, sales, customer management, logistics, security, usability, performance and scalability. The integration of a new e-commerce platform is of particular interest for the information being gathered in this RFI.

The National Gallery intends to use the information obtained in this RFI to achieve a clear understanding of current software capabilities, the vendors delivery model and their approach to implementation and training. We are also seeking to understand indicative costs of offered solutions.

The National Gallery is seeking responses from industry professionals who demonstrate a collaborative mindset and provide a strong foundation of systems designed for future scalability.
