Karratha Golf Course Maintenance Compound and Shed Upgrade - Design and Construct

The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the design and construction of a new maintenance shed and associated upgrades to the maintenance compound at the Karratha Golf Course.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 22 October 2025. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
