Central Coast Local Health District is seeking an external provider for the provision of Orthotic Services for inpatients and outpatients.

Scope: 

The Supplier must only provide services through the referral and appointment processes as set out in this Specification.

Services include but are not limited to:

1) Thoracic lumbar sacral orthosis (TLSO)- Supply and fit;

2) Moulded TLSO- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

3) Cervical collar Miami J with Thoracic Extension- Supply and fit;

4) Cranial Helmet- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

5) Cervical Brace- Supply and fit;

6) Plantar Fascia Night Splint- Supply and fit;

7) Unloader knee Brace - Supply and fit;

8) Humeral Fracture Bracing - Supply and fit;

9) Shoulder Brace - Supply and fit;

10) Knee braces other than off-loaders - Supply and fit;

11) Hip abduction Brace - Supply and fit;

12) Protective Helmet - Supply and fit;

13) Elbow ROM - Supply and fit;

14) Wrist/Hand Orthoses - Supply and fit;

15) Lumber Brace - Supply and fit;

16) Ankle Brace - Supply and fit;

17) Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis-(KAFO) Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

18) Single stem BK Calliper with round spur - Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

19) Single stem BK Calliper with rectangular spur - Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

20) Double stem BK Calliper with round spur - Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

21) Double stem BK Calliper with rectangular spur - Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

22) Single stem BK Calliper with spring assist ankle joint - Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

23) Double stem BK Calliper with spring assist - Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

24) Static - Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO)- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

25) Static AFO with Heel Raise- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

26) Ground Reaction AFO (GRAFO) - Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

27) Dynamic AFO- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

28) Carbon Fibre Dynamic AFO- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

29) Foot Orthosis - Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

30) Supra Malleolar Orthosis- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

Modifications:

1) Footwear Modification- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture;

2) Strap replacement for KAFO’s, AFO’s- Supply and fit +/- Manufacture; and
