Playground Revitalisation - Brolga Park and Leisureplex

The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the construction of all hard and soft landscaping, minor demolition and playground installation necessary for the completion of the works for Brolga Park and Leisureplex Playgrounds.

LODGEMENT OF TENDERS

All enquiries are to be directed to Joanne Smith, Parks and Gardens Coordinator via the City of Karratha online forum, under this Tender notice.

There is a non-mandatory briefing that will be held at 11.00am (AWST) on Wednesday 10 September 2025.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's Tendering  Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2.00pm (AWST) on Thursday 25 September. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's Tendering Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA TENDERING PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify
