Defence SA seeks to appoint a preferred (non-exclusive) exhibitions supplier for a period of up to five (5) years for exhibitions management including design, supply, construction, installation, dismantle, and storage for agency exhibition requirements.

This procurement responds to the agency’s ongoing need for professional, consistent, and high-quality exhibition delivery across its national and international activities, supporting key strategic objectives in brand awareness, and stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

The successful supplier will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of exhibition services within Australia and internationally, including:

• Exhibition design (including CADs, graphic design) aligned with client strategic objectives.
• Hire, supply, and delivery of all physical exhibition assets.
• Supply and installation of audio-visual equipment and technologies.
• Stakeholder and exhibitor coordination and management.
• Construction, installation, dismantling, transportation, and secure storage.
• Proactive and transparent project management.
