The Department of Home Affairs (the Department) is seeking an online training and coding platform that offers a range of comprehensive courses and learning resources including data science, analytics, and related disciplines with a range of proficiency levels.

The intent of this Request For Information (RFI) is to provide the Department with a solution to identify potential suppliers in the market that can assist the Department to support any potential future approach to market.

This is not a formal approach to market or Tender, it is simply a request for information. The Department is looking to understand organization's capability, capacity, expertise and previous experience in provision of these services.

Additionally, the information provided by the organisation will assist the Department with an overview of market capability.

The Department is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by your organisation in addressing the requirements of this RFI.

Foundational data literacy is a critical set of capabilities for APS employees, across all levels and roles. Building APS data capability is identified in the Data, Digital and Cyber Workforce Plan as a key enabler to Government leveraging the benefits of data and delivering quality services

The Departmental requirements for this online platform must provide:

• Flexible online self-paced training platform
• Range of data science, analytics and related discipline courses to cater to different skills levels, from beginner to advance
• Range of engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Demonstrated ability to supply stated quantities or volumes or products that are fit-for-purpose
• The Department with reporting capabilities to track performance
• Users access to additional resources and support
