The City of Melville (City) is seeking a suitably qualified service provider with the capability to assess, supply, implement and support approximately 14 Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms across two different sites as the initial implementation, with the goal of further implementing Teams Meeting Rooms across all City sites as part of this agreement.
Additionally, the provider must offer ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the installed systems.
The contract is for a period of 5 years with 3 x 1 year extension options available, exercisable at the sole discretion of the City.
