Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) invites applications for the establishment and operation of the Mackay Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Tender.

This request for tender is an open Tender which is the final phase of the NQPHN procurement process to establish the Mackay Medicare UCC. Mackay region will be considered to include practices located within or in close proximity to Mackay city or surrounding southern suburbs, with a requirement that service delivery is positioned to relieve pressure from Mackay Base Hospital. The south side of Mackay was identified by Mackay HHS as the preferred location for accessibility of the population most likely to present to the Emergency Department of the hospital.
