Transitional Aged Care Program

The Services to be supplied or performed in accordance with the Proposed Contract include a fully outsourced residential Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) to older people.

Additional details/instructions

A briefing session will be held for Tenderers via MS Teams on Monday 8th September at 2:00pm. Agency Representatives involved in this RFT will be available at the session to answer queries regarding this RFT and the RFT Process.

Names of person attending the briefing session must be provided to the Contact Officer by midday Friday 5th September 2025. A meeting invite will be sent to the confirmed attendees.

It is not mandatory for suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit a Tender.
