ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Council is seeking the services of an experienced, competent, innovative organization to manage and operate the St Ives High School Indoor Sports Centre (Centre).

Management of the Centre is due to commence in December 2025 with a transition period. The Fee for Service Agreement is for a three-year term with an optional extension of a further seven years at Council's discretion.

The Contractor is the provider of the Services, including the management and operation of the Centre and the management, marketing and delivery of programs, services, activities and events for the Centre and the community related to the terms of the Operator Agreement.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.00pm AEST on 30 September 2025 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the Tender. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
