Minor Works - Reticulation Services

The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the provision of reticulation services to assist the in-house reticulation team in the ongoing construction and maintenance of the Principal's Effluent Reuse Irrigation System (ERS) and reticulated Parks and Gardens areas.

There is a non-mandatory briefing that will be held at 10.00am (AWST) on Thursday 11 September 2025.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's Tendering Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 23 September 2025. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's Tendering Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA TENDERing PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
