Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake upgrade of electrical infrastructure to meet increased power demand at Illawarra Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to installation of a new electrical substation, replacement of the existing Site Main Switchboard (SMSB), and associated works to allow for air conditioning upgrade as part of stage 2.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 8 Northridge Drive, Ballajura on 5 September 2025 11:30 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Illawarra Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 8 Northridge Drive, Ballajura WA 6066.
