Tender Description
Applications are invited from Sporting Clubs requiring the use of City reserves, including hard courts during the 2025-2026 Summer Season (6 October 2025 – 23 March 2026).
Apply or renew existing Outdoor Exercise permits via www.busselton.wa.gov.au/seasonal-sporting-ground-hire.aspx
Completed applications must be returned to Venue Support Services.

From applications received, all ground usage will be scheduled, and ground/court hire/permit fees will be raised.
GST will be proportionally applied to all ground usage within the City.
