Tender Description
This procurement is for the Main Building Contractor for these three 5YA Lifecycle Replacement Projects:
• 255217 - 12: Gable End Recladding Replacement
• 255218 - 3, 4, 6, 15, 24: Roof, Gutter and Clearlite Replacement + Safety Mesh Install
• 255220 - 12: Student Toilet Refurbishment & Reconfiguration
Site visits are to be requested through the Q&A Function including date, time and main contact number
Works are to commence at the end of the school year and complete as soon as possible in the 2026 new year. The Procurement requires a lead Building Contractor and therefore sub contractors need not apply or submit.
