Tender Description
The student toilets in Room 26 are in a poor condition and requires a full refurbishment, this includes upgrading all the elements such as the sinks, taps, toilets, cisterns, pans, floor coverings and installing seratone to the walls. The partition in the Room 22 girls' toilets are in poor condition requiring replacement. This project is to also to replace the vinyl flooring in Room 22 and 27 student toilets, Room 26 breakout space.
