Tender Description

BLOCK 3 Demolition and making good

  • Carpentry and hardware, door installation, trims ‐ Replace floor coverings, wall coverings in each classroom
  •  Ceiling remediation.
  •  Lifecycle replacement of existing toilets‐ including vinyl flooring, prefinished wall lining, toilet partitioning, toilet pans & cisterns, basins & taps. Plus hot water provision.
  •  Lifecycle joinery replacement as joinery is no longer fit for purpose.
