Whakatane District Council is seeking tenders for the lease of 160 hectares of grazing land at 92 Aerodrome Road, Whakatāne. The land is currently used for dairy grazing and silage production. Tenders are open for the blocks at the Airport, with a minimum price of $455/hectare per annum. New lease term begins 1 December 2025 and runs for three years with two further renewal rights for three years.
