City of Newcastle is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and qualified service providers calling for the provision of traffic control services on an as required basis in support of operational requirements within the Newcastle LGA. City of Newcastle carries out a variety of construction and maintenance activities across the local, regional and state road networks along with emergency response and incident management. As a part of these activities CN requires the management of traffic through, past and around the various sites. This may include the supply of specialist plant and equipment along with the pre project development of documentation such as Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP).

The contract is for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027.

Tenders will be received via the eProcure platform through to 2pm on Tuesday 30 September 2025.
