Expression of interest to lease Boondarn Park Equestrian Facility

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from eligible sport, recreation and community organisations interested in leasing the Boondarn Park Equestrian Facility.

The Boondarn Park Equestrian Facility is an equestrian facility comprising:

•  A large fenced open space
•  2 x sand arenas,
•  Undercover sand arena
•  Clubhouse including canteen.

It is envisaged that the lessee of the facility will develop and coordinate a range of services, programs, activities or events that are flexible, culturally inclusive and aim to build skills, provide knowledge, promote personal and social development, support an active community, and create and sustain local networks.

Applications close on Monday, 8 September 2025 at 5:00 PM.
