Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Buyer is seeking to enter into an arrangement with a Seller to provide skilled and specialised personnel to undertake the following requirement:
- Assess business and technical requirements with the purpose of baselining the scope of all transactional payments detailing current state and mapping the key priorities, operating model and capabilities required to define the target state.
- Work will include the development of various roadmaps, plans, impact assessments, reports and other artefacts as required to support strategy development for payments reform and funding business for Executive decision making.
- Examine and identify opportunities for the use of AI and Automation for program design and delivery initiatives across Program Design Group by defining use cases, data selection and integration to improve business process, staff experience, efficiency, productivity and effectiveness.
- Produce business documentation, roadmaps and provide input required to support business and technical outcomes for Executive decision making.
- Building effective relationships and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure Transaction Payment Capability Branch succeeds in developing and delivering the payments reform strategy with compliance and alignment to the Government’s Strategic Plan for Australia’s Payment System 2023-2030.
- Maintain accurate documentation in relation to business and technical requirements and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with Agency recordkeeping policy and practices.
- Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to Agency staff, measured through increased productivity, knowledge and skill base whilst ensuring business and performance needs are met.
- Work will be performed on a Time and Materials basis, based on monthly payments of amounts based on agreed rates and work effort (days). Work effort is estimated on 1-2 resources and a maximum 8 hour working day(s), excluding public holidays.
