Adelaide Hills Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the delivery of its Annual Road Reseal Program. The program involves resealing a number of asphalt roads across the Council district to maintain and improve the condition, safety, and longevity of the local road network.

The scope of works will include:

• Preparation and surface treatments of nominated road sections
• Supply and application of bituminous reseal treatments (including asphalt overlays where required)
• Traffic management to ensure the safety of road users and workers during construction
• Compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and Council requirements

Council seeks to engage a contractor with proven experience in asphalt road reseal works, demonstrated capacity to deliver projects on time and within budget, and a strong commitment to safety, environmental management, and quality outcomes.
