The Port of Broome and Port of Wyndham have been granted First Point of Entry (FPOE) status, allowing them to handle direct international vessel arrivals for both cargo and cruise ships. These ports are now undergoing infrastructure upgrades to support these expanded FPOE capabilities.

The Kimberley Ports Authority seeks a suitably experienced consultancy team to deliver "tender ready' and construction ready" detail design packages to allow a contractor to tender for and construct the landside infrastructure for both the Broome and Wyndham First Point of Entry sites.
