Tender Description

This project includes refurbishment of the girls’ toilets in Block D: new pans, partitions, hand dryers, flooring, and upstands. Block D classrooms will be refurbished to meet modern learning standards, with sliding doors added for breakout spaces, new carpet and vinyl, LED lighting, Autex panels, and fixed glazing replacing the old high louvres. Both classrooms will have new hot water cylinders installed. The staffroom cylinder will also be replaced and relocated into the roof space.
