Brief Scope
The partner will be responsible for:
- Data Collection: Gather data through various methods to inform the business case and sourcing strategy.
- System Evaluation: Assess current systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Solution Development: Design solutions that address GVW's needs and challenges.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to support investment decisions.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
