ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT):

The City of Coffs Harbour ("The City") is seeking Tenders from qualified and experienced service providers for the Servicing of Truck Washbay which is installed at the City's Englands Road Landfill site, situated at 31A Englands Road, Coffs Harbour NSW.

REGISTRATION:

RFT documents may be obtained after registration on the Tendering portal.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box using the provided MS Word documents included as:

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Submissions will be received up until 10.00am on Wednesday 17th September 2025

Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off exactly at 10.00am

Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
