Project goals

The scope of this RFQ includes the roles, management and services for Crowd and Security Manager, HVM Manager, Risk and Compliance Manager and Safety Officers which are to provide overall high level detailed advice and consultation on Destination NSW managed Australia Day events in Sydney with a primary focus on the Circular Quay precinct during both the daytime program and the evening SOH Concert and live broadcast.
