Tender Description

The project involves the partial demolition, refurbishment, and upgrade of existing classroom buildings. Works include removal and replacement of floor coverings, wall linings, external cladding, joinery, and selected structural elements. Electrical systems will be upgraded with reinstatement of key services. New external cladding, decking, handrails, and roofing components will be installed, along with new floor finishes and ceiling tiles. An infill structure between classrooms will also be constructed.
