Seeking a single seller comprising of a team to provide the requirement.

The requirement will ensure the IPO is able to meet the needs of the department, the IPO is looking to engage specialist knowledge and expertise to drive capability uplift across IPO services.

Outputs are to account for existing departmental capacity and capability, consider risk, reflect corporate strategies and contribute to the achievement of enduring departmental outcomes.

The requirements are as follows:

• Support the uplift of the IPO in terms of its capabilities:
• Support the uplift of IPO staff capabilities to meet the value proposition required by the department through knowledge transfer and upskilling of departmental staff.
• Support the enhancement and establishment of the IPO’s operating model.
• Support the uplift in the department’s management of its capabilities, portfolio, programs and projects:
• Support the capability management framework, as well as portfolio, program and project management framework.
• Project manage implementation of these department wide frameworks.
• Present industry contemporary program and project best practices at Community of Practice forums.
• Deliver IPO related services:
• Capability Management – Undertake/Support the delivery of services in areas such as capability strategy guidance/formulation, capability planning, investment coordination, governance, reporting and delivery of strategic insight.
• Portfolio Support – Undertake/Support the delivery of support services (such as risk, issue, schedule, benefit, and change management) to the portfolio and its constituent programs and projects.
• Assurance – Deliver second line of defence reviews across the portfolio, including targeted programs and projects.
