This proposal is being coordinated by UOW Student Residences. Student Residences sits within the University's Division of Student Life and is one of six Divisions within the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic & Student Life) portfolio. The Division works closely with and across the University's campuses and business units with the combined purpose of 'transforming lives together.' The portfolio is an enthusiastic and inclusive community that seeks to create opportunities and empower people to achieve their full potential. The University of Wollongong (UOW) are seeking proposals from suitably qualified respondents provide proposals to the University for the provision of airport transfer services for UOW staff and students (for study / work related purposes or private travel) servicing Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport and Western Sydney International Airport to / from Sydney, Illawarra and Southern Highlands.
Respondents are requested to submit one proposal for the provision of airport transfer services for UOW. Submitted proposals will be reviewed and assessed by the University appointed evaluation committee. Evaluation of proposals will focus on the respondents' capabilities to meet the requirements of the RFP, including service coverage and accessibility, availability, scalability and reliability, industry experience booking systems, customer service, cost and value for money, innovation, compliance, safety, and sustainability.
Respondents can access a draft contract, allowing them to submit a Best and Final Offer (BAFO). For the awareness of respondents, whilst other travel services exist within the University, these operations are NOT part of this request for proposal.
