Expression of Interest (EOI):

WSPHN is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify a suitable provider or a consortium of service providers with the capacity and capability to operate a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in Rouse Hill. This is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Respondents successful in the EOI will be invited to the next stage of the Request for Tender (RFT). An RFT can be in the form of returnable schedule or RFT presentation. Successful and Invited Respondents will be provided with further details.

The application process, including assessment of applications, will be managed by WSPHN.

Before completing this application form, please download all documents and review the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic Expression of Interest document and attached appendices to ensure you are familiar with the EOI process and specific requirements.

Attached to the EOI document is, the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic Design Principles and the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic Program Operational Guidance, which will assist you to assess your capacity to operate a Medicare UCC in Rouse Hill.
