Renovations - Moranbah & Nebo

Isaac Regional Council (Council) is seeking qualified contractors to undertake residential renovation works across a portfolio of properties. The primary objective of this project is to bring these homes/properties up to current living and safety standards.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Remediation works to address structural or environmental issues;

• Full bathroom renovations, including plumbing, tiling, and fixture upgrades;

• General house renovations, such as flooring, painting, electrical upgrades, and kitchen refurbishments.

This project will be split up into separable portions with Isaac Regional Council reserving the right to award in whole or have each portion awarded as separate contracts to different contractors, as follows:

Separable portion A:

• Unit 1, 17 Utah Dr, Moranbah

• Unit 9, 17 Utah Dr, Moranbah

• Unit 12, 17 Utah Dr, Moranbah

Works to be completed by Friday, 12th June, 2026

Separable portion B:

• 55 Water St, Nebo

Works to be completed by Friday, 27th February, 2026

A compulsory site meeting will be held on the 8 September 2025, please see 'Request for Tender' document for further information. Tenderers must message Procurement Team via VendorPanel to register for site meeting by 12pm 7 September 2025
