Tender Description
This project consists of the exposed concreting of the area surrounding the existing building and up to the existing AFL oval, soccer pitch and associated works on Gordon Street, Ararat.
The contractor is responsible for the construction of the concreting and all associated work in accordance with this scope of works, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and materials.
The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e. working in road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.
